Terms & Conditions — my4dlotto

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and my4dlotto ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the my4dlotto platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, games, services, and promotional offerings (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

my4dlotto reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on my4dlotto, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. my4dlotto applies a minimum age of 21 in line with the standard enforced by internationally licensed casino and gambling operators.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, including but not limited to the United States of America, United Kingdom (unless specifically licensed), France, Spain, and other restricted territories as notified on the Platform from time to time.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of the Company, nor a close family member of any such individual.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from the Platform, whether through self-exclusion or Company-initiated action.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering under duress or as a result of any misrepresentation by a third party.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identity details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. The Company reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at any time.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and in certain other circumstances at the Company's discretion, Players will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting government-issued identity documentation (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials. Any activity conducted through a Player's Account will be deemed to have been authorised by that Player. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their login credentials.

All deposits and withdrawals on my4dlotto are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment channels are currently supported:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — processed instantly, minimum RM30, maximum RM10,000 per transaction.
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow — processed instantly, minimum RM30, maximum RM30,000 per transaction.
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and other participating banks — processed within 5–15 minutes, minimum RM50, maximum RM30,000 per transaction.

The Company reserves the right to request that withdrawals be processed via the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawal requests are subject to a processing window of one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours from the time of request, subject to KYC verification status and daily processing volumes.

The Company reserves the right to delay or refuse any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Funds deposited through fraudulent payment instruments will be voided and the Account suspended pending investigation.

The Company offers various promotional incentives including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any associated winnings or bonus balance may be withdrawn. During the wagering period, certain game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirement completion (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, while live table games may contribute at a lower rate).

Bonus Abuse: Players who engage in any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, systematic low-risk play solely designed to complete wagering requirements, or exploitation of software errors — will have their bonus entitlements revoked and may face permanent account closure. The Company's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

All promotional offers are available to residents of Malaysia and other eligible jurisdictions only, subject to applicable restrictions. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market. These rules are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing a wager.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Stake limits vary by game type and are displayed within each game. The Company reserves the right to impose stake limits on specific accounts at its sole discretion.

Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a software, system, or communication error that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, the Company reserves the right to void affected wagers and restore Account Balances to their pre-error state. No claims will be accepted for winnings arising from a system malfunction or error.

Sports Betting: All sportsbook wagers, including in-play bets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and UFC markets, are subject to the Company's Sports Betting Rules. Odds are subject to change up to and including market closure. Wagers accepted on incorrect or clearly erroneous odds may be voided at the Company's discretion.

4D Lottery: 4D lottery entries are accepted until the specified draw deadline. Results are determined by official draw outcomes. Tickets purchased after the cut-off time will be void and stakes returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and/or legal action:

1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or manipulate game outcomes.
2. Engaging in collusion with other players, particularly in live poker or live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage.
3. Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
4. Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or in communications with the Company.
5. Accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool.
6. Creating or using an Account on behalf of a third party without the Company's express written consent.
7. Exploiting any bug, glitch, or software vulnerability in the Platform for financial gain.
8. Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour toward Company staff or other players.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Identification of the Account holder as a minor or ineligible user.
• Instruction from a competent authority or regulatory body.

Upon voluntary closure of an Account, any real-money balance remaining (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification.

Where an Account is closed by the Company due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including both real-money and bonus balances — may be forfeited at the Company's discretion, without prejudice to any other remedy available to the Company.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, my4dlotto shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: Players acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that the Company makes no representation or warranty regarding the outcome of any wager. The Company is not liable for any financial loss incurred through use of the Platform, including losses arising from reliance on any information, statistics, or odds published on the Platform.

my4dlotto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We operate a comprehensive responsible gambling programme that includes deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools, all accessible from within your Account settings.

Players are encouraged to set personal deposit and wagering limits at the time of registration. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits may be subject to a cooling-off period.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and audio-visual elements, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of the Company. Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in civil and criminal liability.

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or Platform notification. The updated Terms will take effect on the published effective date.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which my4dlotto holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to the Company's customer disputes process as outlined in these Terms.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the Company's internal process, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body in the licencing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Malaysian Players: Nothing in this clause affects your rights under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation. However, you acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Malaysia does not extend to offshore platforms such as my4dlotto, and that any dispute will be handled under the governing jurisdiction of the Platform's licence, not Malaysian law.
